A real example
The Millers, on a July afternoon.
What went wrongThe air conditioning ran all day and the house stayed at 82 degrees instead of the 72 they had set. The company that installed it had since closed, so Mrs. Miller called Noble direct on the number in her warranty paperwork.
What happened nextNoble pulled up her account, matched the serial number, confirmed her warranty was active, and confirmed a failed compressor was covered. A licensed technician was booked for the next available slot. He found a bad capacitor and a failed compressor, replaced both, tested it cooling, and she signed to say it was done right.
What it cost herNothing for the covered repair, and nothing for the coverage itself. She never filled in a form, and she never argued with anyone about whether her own equipment was covered.
Names changed. The process is exactly as it runs.
