Your new system, covered for as long as you own your home.
If your retailer is a Noble partner, the heating and cooling system they installed carries a lifetime warranty for covered repairs. Coverage is provided at no additional cost. Here's what that means for your house, your budget, and your next 20 years of just-works comfort.
Who covers your ZIP?
One retailer near you can offer this warranty. See who.
What your warranty covers.
Covered repairs on the major internal components of your system, for as long as you own your home. Your retailer funds it. You don't pay a thing.
Central Air Conditioning
The outdoor unit & major internal parts.
Furnace
Gas & electric, including parts that fail.
Heat Pump
Heating & cooling on 1 system covered.
Ductless Mini Split
Head units and the outdoor condenser.
Your coverage is on the system, not one part of it, which is the difference between a warranty that pays and one that finds a reason not to. And because the warranty comes from the company that installed your system, the people who show up to fix it are the people who know it.
When something breaks, here's what happens.
No claim forms on the kitchen table, no arguing with a call center that's never seen your house.
The Millers, on a July afternoon.
Names changed, but this is the process exactly as it runs.
What went wrong
The air conditioning ran all day and the house stayed at 82 degrees instead of the 72 they'd set. The thermostat was right, so it was the unit itself.
The company that installed it had since closed, so Mrs. Miller called Noble direct on the number in her warranty paperwork.
What happened next
Noble pulled up her account, matched the serial number, confirmed her warranty was active, and confirmed a failed compressor was covered. A licensed technician was booked for the next available slot.
He found a bad capacitor and a failed compressor. The price came off the pre-set standard for her state, not a number invented on her driveway. He replaced both, tested it cooling, and she signed to say it was done right.
What it cost her
Nothing for the covered repair, and nothing for the coverage itself. She never filled in a form, and she never argued with anyone about whether her own equipment was covered.

Maintain your system.
Your warranty stays active the same way your system stays healthy. Maintenance is outlined in the Limited Lifetime Warranty Program Details.
That's it. No renewal paperwork, no annual fee, no fine-print gotchas. The visits you should be booking anyway are the whole deal.
What homeowners ask us first.
Do I really pay nothing for this?
Nothing.
What's actually covered?
Covered repairs on the major internal components of the system your retailer installed: central air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini splits. The coverage is on the system, not one part of it. Your program booklet has the full terms in writing.
Is this like those home warranty companies that never pay out?
No, and here's the difference. Those are policies you buy from a third party that never touched your equipment. This warranty comes with your installation, from the company that did the work. The claim's supported by real insurance, and Noble arranges a licensed technician for the covered repair.
What do I have to do to keep it?
One thing: perform maintenance as outlined in the Limited Lifetime Warranty Program Details. Those are the visits that keep your system healthy anyway.
Who do I call when something breaks?
Call your retailer or call Noble, whichever's easier. Noble arranges for a technician to repair a covered failure. You're never left arguing with a stranger about your own equipment.
How long does the coverage last?
As long as you own your home. Not 5 years, not 10. As long as the system your retailer enrolled is in the house and you live there, it's covered.
What if Noble isn't around one day?
Your coverage doesn't depend on us staying in business. It's backed by a national, brand-name A-rated insurance company. If Noble stopped operating, the insurer takes on the contract and works with you directly to handle covered claims. And if the insurer somehow couldn't either, the contract passes to the state where the equipment was bought, under that state's guarantee fund. There are two floors under this, not zero.
