How Noble handles your information.

Last updated 7 September 2026

The short version
  • We collect what you type into our forms and the usual website visit data, and we use it to answer you, run the warranty program and improve the site.
  • We share it only with the people who serve your warranty, such as your retailer and the insurance backing, and when the law requires it.
  • We never sell or rent your information, and one email or call gets it corrected or removed.

Our commitment to privacy

It's Noble Administration Network's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we collect. This policy explains what we gather on our website, how we use it, and when we'd share it with a third party. It applies to information we collect through the website. California residents: see the California notice further down.

What we collect and why

We collect personal information that identifies you, such as your name, postal address, phone number and email address, when you give it to us in a form. We also use a third-party service to match visitor IP addresses to company names. We store what you submit. We use it to:

  • Respond to an inquiry or a claim.
  • Send you notices about your warranty, your account or your territory.
  • Understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
  • Contact you about your interest in the Noble program.

We may share this information with our affiliates only when it's necessary to perform services for you.

We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

Sharing with the people who serve you

Running a warranty program means sharing some information with the companies that help serve it, such as the retailer who installed your system and the insurance backing behind the program. Noble never sells or rents lists of its customers, its retailers or their customers. Noble may disclose information when the law requires it.

Text messages

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Information you give us

The information we collect on or through the website may include:

  • What you type into a form, including when you file a claim, apply for a territory, ask a question or sign up for territory alerts.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence with us, including your email address, if you contact us.
  • Details of any transaction you carry out through the website.

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, the customer system Noble uses to respond to you.

Website visitors, cookies and analytics

Like most websites, ours collects the non-identifying information browsers make available: browser type, language, the referring site, and the date and time of a visit. We log connections to our servers, including your IP address, to diagnose problems and administer the site, and we may match an IP address to a company name and location.

We use cookies, which are small pieces of information your browser stores so we can recognize a returning visitor and see how the site is used. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic, Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used (this can record how a visitor moves through a page, and it never captures what you type into a form), and HubSpot to connect a form you send with your visit. By continuing to use the site without changing your browser's cookie settings, you agree to this use.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, including our affiliates' and third parties'. Unless we say otherwise, we don't control those sites and this policy doesn't apply there. Check their policies before you share anything.

Security

We've put security procedures in place to protect the personal information you give us. No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we can't guarantee it.

California residents

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requires us to tell you what categories of personal information we collect and why.

What we collect:

  • Identifiers, such as your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
  • Transaction details, such as home information and warranty details.
  • Internet or similar network activity.
  • Geolocation data.
  • Other information you give us.

Where it comes from: from you, when you file a claim, make a request or report a problem; from publicly available sources; and from third parties such as the retailer who installed your system.

What we use it for: to process your warranty contract, to process your claims, to respond to your request, to comply with legal obligations, and as described to you when we collected it.

Your rights. You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and where it came from, to request a copy of it, to ask us to delete it (subject to exceptions and our record-keeping duties), to correct it if it's wrong, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We don't sell personal information, including that of anyone under 16.

How to make a request. Email support@nobleadminnetwork.com or call (855) 781-3356. An authorized agent may ask on your behalf with proof that you've authorized them. We may need to confirm it's really you before we act, and we only use what you give us in a request to verify it.

Questions

If you have a question about this policy, or you'd like us to remove your information from our records, email support@nobleadminnetwork.com or call (855) 781-3356.
