The offer that closes deals

Lifetime coverage, insurance backed.

This page is the whole program with no small print games: what's covered, what the homeowner does to keep it, and exactly what happens on the day something fails. Hand it to a customer and it closes the trust gap for you.

Cover what actually breaks

Four critical systems, covered for life.

Coverage runs on the major internal components of the system you installed. If a covered part fails, the repair's covered.

Central Air Conditioning

The outdoor unit & major internal parts.

Furnace

Gas & electric, including parts that fail.

Heat Pump

Heating & cooling on 1 system covered.

Ductless Mini Split

Head units and the outdoor condenser.

The detail that does the work

The coverage is on the system, not a single component. That's what separates it from a manufacturer's warranty, where the lifetime clause usually applies to the heat exchanger alone and the rest of the unit is on its own.

A homeowner asked what happens in year nine. First time I've ever had a good answer, and we got the job.

I read the coverage page out loud at a kitchen table. She signed before I got to the maintenance part.

The maintenance windows put two visits a year on my books for every system we enroll. That part pays for itself.

Annual visits keep it alive

The entire obligation, in one line.

Maintenance
Annual service visits, booked with you. The schedule's set out in the warranty agreement.
Cost
Nothing, for the warranty itself. The homeowner never pays for coverage. You fund it, and it's built into the price they've already agreed to pay you.
Duration
As long as they own the home and keep maintenance current. No term, no renewal notice, no expiration letter.
Every warranty in this category asks the homeowner for money. This one asks for service appointments, to increase customer retention. That's why this not only gives you the exclusive edge, it's also a powerful customer retention engine.
We handle the messes

What happens when equipment fails.

The homeowner doesn't chase a call center, and you don't end up holding the bag.

1

Your customer calls

They call you, or they call Noble direct on (855) 781-3356. Either way it doesn't start as an angry Saturday call.

2

The claim gets checked

Noble confirms the warranty's active and the failure is covered, before anybody's dispatched.

3

Noble arranges the repair

Noble arranges for a technician to repair the covered failure, priced against pre-set, state-based standards.

4

They sign it off

Your customer signs to confirm the work was done right, and the claim closes.

What that looks like on a July afternoon

The Millers' air conditioning runs all day and the house sits at 82 degrees instead of 72. The thermostat's set right, so it's the unit. Their original installer has since closed, so Mrs. Miller calls Noble direct.

Noble pulls up her account, matches the serial number, confirms the warranty's active, and confirms a failed compressor is covered. A licensed technician is booked for the next available slot. He finds a bad capacitor and a failed compressor, and the repair prices against the standard for her state rather than a number somebody made up. He replaces both, tests it cooling, and she signs it off.

That whole sequence is the part you get to promise at a kitchen table.

And if Noble were to stop trading?

Fair question, and it's the one that separates a real warranty from a promise. The coverage is backed by a national, brand-name A-rated insurance company. If Noble ceased operations, the insurer takes on the contract and works directly with the homeowner to process and pay covered claims.

If the insurer somehow couldn't continue either, the contract transfers to the state where the equipment was bought, under that state's guarantee fund and consumer protection rules. There are two floors under this, not zero.

What you actually sign

The terms, without the legal reading.

One retailer agreement, and none of it's designed to trap you.

What you commit to

Enroll the systems you install, keep your customers on the maintenance that keeps each warranty active, and carry the license and insurance you already carry. That's the shape of it.

What you get back

Your territory, exclusively, for as long as the agreement runs. The full agreement comes over before you sign, and we walk it with you line by line, because a partner who's unclear on the terms is nobody's idea of a good partner.

Every detail, answered straight

What owners ask before pitching it.

What exactly is covered?

Covered repairs on the major internal components of the four systems you install: central air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini splits. The coverage sits on the system rather than one part, which is what separates it from a manufacturer's warranty. The program booklet has the full terms, and your customer gets it before anyone signs.

What does the homeowner have to do to keep it?

Annual maintenance, and nothing else. Maintenance is required as found in the warranty agreement.

Who does the repair when something fails?

Noble administers the claim, insurance supports it, and the opportunity to complete the work goes back to the company.

How long does it actually last?

As long as the homeowner owns the home and keeps up the maintenance. It's not a term of years with a renewal notice at the end, and that's what separates it from every other warranty in the industry.

What's not covered?

The program covers mechanical failure of the covered components. It isn't a maintenance contract, and it sits alongside the manufacturer's parts warranty rather than replacing it. The full terms are in the warranty agreement.

What happens when a claim gets denied?

That's the question that decides most partnerships, and it deserves a real process, not a reassurance. Noble administers the claim, insurance supports the covered repair, and if there's a denial, it's clearly explained. Noble or you can handle the communication with the customer.
