How's a territory drawn?
From qualifying households, not lines on a map. Every territory's built to clear a minimum of demand, so the one you hold is worth holding. That's why they're not all the same physical size.
What does exclusivity actually prevent?
No other HVAC company inside your territory can offer the Noble Lifetime Warranty. It doesn't stop them trading and it doesn't stop them quoting against you. It stops them saying the one sentence that wins the job.
Can I hold more than one territory?
Yes, where you can genuinely service them. Territories go to companies that can install and maintain across the whole area, because an exclusive territory nobody's working is worth nothing to either of us.
What happens if I stop performing?
The retailer agreement sets a performance baseline from your own install volume over the previous twelve months. If a partner's performance is well below baseline, it can have part or all of the territory returned to the map. The exact terms are in the agreement and confirmed before you sign.
Why counties in Arkansas and Missouri, and postal codes in Texas?
Because that's how the conversations actually run. In Arkansas and Missouri almost every discussion is about a county. In the Dallas and Fort Worth metro area, a single county can hold more demand than several Arkansas territories combined.
