For homeowners

Your new system, covered for as long as you own your home.

If your retailer is a Noble partner, the heating and cooling system they installed carries a lifetime warranty for covered repairs. There's no separate warranty fee: it's included in the price of your system. Here's what that means for your house, your budget, and your next 20 years of just-works comfort.

Meet Noble in 38 seconds

See what a Noble lifetime warranty does when your AC quits.

It's late August, it's 102 degrees outside, and your AC just quit. A new compressor costs $800 to $3,000. With a Noble lifetime warranty, that covered repair costs you nothing. This short video shows how it works.

What your warranty covers.

Covered repairs on the major internal components of your system, for as long as you own your home. Your retailer builds it into the price of your system, so there's no separate warranty fee.

Central Air Conditioning

The outdoor unit & major internal parts.

Furnace

Gas furnaces, including parts that fail.

Heat Pump

Heating & cooling on 1 system covered.

Ductless Mini Split

Head units and the outdoor condenser.

Packaged Unit

Heating & cooling in one outdoor cabinet.

Your coverage is on the major internal components of the system, not just one part, which is the difference between a warranty that pays and one that finds a reason not to. And because the warranty comes from the company that installed your system, the people who show up to fix it are the people who know it.

The day you need it

When something breaks, here's what happens.

No claim forms on the kitchen table, no arguing with a call center that's never seen your house.

1You call Noble, or you call your retailer
2Noble checks the warranty's active and the failure is covered
3Noble arranges for a technician to repair a covered failure
4The repair gets done, and you sign it off

A real example

The Millers, on a July afternoon.

Names changed, but this is the process exactly as it runs.

What went wrong

The air conditioning ran all day and the house stayed at 82 degrees instead of the 72 they'd set. The thermostat was right, so it was the unit itself.

The company that installed it had since closed, so Mrs. Miller called Noble direct on the number in her warranty paperwork.

What happened next

Noble pulled up her account, matched the serial number, confirmed her warranty was active, and confirmed a failed compressor was covered. A licensed technician was booked for the next available slot.

He found a bad capacitor and a failed compressor. The price came off the pre-set standard for her state, not a number invented on her driveway. He replaced both, tested it cooling, and she signed to say it was done right.

What it cost her

Nothing for the covered repair. The coverage itself was included in the price of her system, with no separate warranty fee. She never filled in a form, and she never argued with anyone about whether her own equipment was covered.

Maintain your system.
The one thing you do

Maintain your system.

Your warranty stays active the same way your system stays healthy: a spring and a fall service every year, with proof of each sent to Noble within 30 days. The full schedule is in the Limited Lifetime Warranty Program Details.

That's it. No renewal paperwork, no annual fee, no fine-print gotchas. The visits you should be booking anyway are the whole deal.

Straight answers

What homeowners ask us first.

Do I pay extra for this warranty?

No. There's no separate warranty fee: your retailer builds it into the price of your system, and a covered repair costs you $0.

What's actually covered?

Covered repairs on the major internal components of the system your retailer installed: central air conditioning, gas furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and packaged units. The coverage is on those components, not just one part. Your program booklet has the full terms in writing.

Is this like those home warranty companies that never pay out?

No, and here's the difference. Those are policies you buy from a third party that never touched your equipment. This warranty comes with your installation, from the company that did the work. The claim's supported by real insurance, and Noble arranges a licensed technician for the covered repair.

What do I have to do to keep it?

A spring and a fall service every year, with proof of each sent to Noble within 30 days, as set out in the Limited Lifetime Warranty Program Details. Those are the visits that keep your system healthy anyway.

Who do I call when something breaks?

Call your retailer or call Noble, whichever's easier. Noble arranges for a technician to repair a covered failure. You're never left arguing with a stranger about your own equipment.

How long does the coverage last?

As long as you own your home and keep up the maintenance. Not 5 years, not 10. It's valid only for the original purchaser, so it doesn't transfer to a new owner when you sell.

What if Noble isn't around one day?

Your warranty is insured. A national, brand-name A-rated insurance company stands behind every contract, and your program booklet names the insurer.
